A downloadable game for Windows

Design a deck of  42 cards using 2 of the 6 colors available. Save the deck and test its strength in...

The Jungle Gym!

Battle your friends online.

(Real room based multiplayer!)

Assert your dominance...

(100+ cards each with unique–sometimes WIP–card text and unique keywords!)

...and unlock new cards to refine your decks further.

(You can even laminate them to make them shiny!)

How to Play:

Reading Cards:

The cards are small. Don't strain your eyes, instead Right Click the card to inspect it!

  • Mana: The card's mana cost is in the top left. If the card cost is "X" it spends ALL of your mana.
  • Attack: The attack of a card is printed on the left. If it's attack exceeds a blocker's defense, it kills it.
  • Defense: The defense of a card is printed on the middle right. It only dies if it gets attacked for a total exceeding defense.

Getting Started

You will automatically be given a starter deck when you download the game. You may edit this deck, or create a new one.
If you select a deck without clicking 'Edit Deck' first, you will be brought to the lobby screen where you will have the option of hosting or joining a game. If you host, a room key will be generated which you can send to your friend.

Gameplay

The game is divided into turns and rounds

Every time you play a card or press the pass button, your turn ends and priority passes to the opponent. Once both players pass, the round ends and the person with the Battle Button switches.

Both players start with 1 mana and 1 mana gem. Your mana gems, indicate how much mana you gain each ROUND. Mana is carried over between rounds. Mana is not naturally restored between Turns.

At any time during your turn, you can press the Battle Button if you have it. Doing so will station your units for attack. Click and drag from one card to another to initiate an attack. Then, commit your attack with the Commit Attack Button. Multiple units can attack the same guy, and after you commit your attack, you can keep attacking until you press End Battle. You can cancel an attack by simply clicking on the unit attacking.

If your opponent has no units on their field, you can attack their 'face' (i.e. teddy bear). First person to lose all 40 health loses! That's it for battle, but be sure to read cards by Right Clicking on them. Many of their effects interact with battle in some way.

Drawing is nice, but do it in moderation. You also lose if you run out of cards in deck!

Win or lose, you will get your rewards. Be sure to collect them by clicking the backpack in the rewards screen.

Love the game's idea. Needs some work for balance though. Red feels really weak, meanwhile the base stats in green purple and orange feel really high in comparison. Also, it'd be great if somewhere in the deck menu, we could get a description for keywords. I only got to play one game, and I'm not sure what Cripple and Brainrot do. Overall, I enjoyed it, but my opponent playing the starter deck was understandably frustrated.

Yeah the game definitely still needs to be tuned some. If you hover over underlined text on cards, a popup describing the keywords will appear! Cripple reduces defense and Brainrot basically drains your mana every turn.

Found a bug. When Homework Demon is summoned, the opponent can't see their Demon Homework in hand, but they still can't play anything without "Homework" in the name. Also, you can right click your opponent's cards and see what they are.

Thank you for the notice! We noticed those too and are going to fix it when we have time. We're still developing the game and have a list of features we want to add and bugs to fix. We don't have as much time since we are still in school, but will definitely release an updated version when it is ready!

Loving the simple artstyle and what the cards do - creative and fun!

This is so much fun!
